I have had a account t with Mecca for around a year and I’ve never won anything always seem to see same names.

Visited mecca bingo last night 17th July with my daughter in law it was very hot outside and there was no air conditioning on very uncomfortable also the caller was far to fast after being asked many times to slow down on the plus side there was finally few more staff

I’ve never registered with Mecca nor have I ever been to one but they spam text me daily.
Tried to stop it my emailing and nothing happens so now going to report to report and Register with the Telephone Preference Service
(TPS) at tpsonline.org.uk or call 0345 0700707
It's then a criminal offence to make unsolicited
calls or messaging

This site needs investigation. Their pay out rate is unbelievably poor

I think mecca need to step up and take control of these trolls on the bingo site.

These past few weeks I have seen roomies accuse new players of being someone they know. These same roomies have accused different people of being a certain player. Either a new player or someone who has changed their name for a reason. Are new players not allowed in to your clique?! Or do you just want everyone to think these new player names are someone else so they get bullied?!

These lot are bullies!! if you're looking for someone who has left the site or changed their name because of your bullying ways then you should not open them up to more bullying by asking them or in your case ACCUSING them of being someone you know.
I hope that player is still around and seeing this going on in chat so they can report them. Hopefully everyone who has been accused of being this certain player will report it and these bullies can be dealt with. They should be banned for life.

You know who you are. No need to put your name on for your 5 mins of fame! I've seen you banging on about wanting your name mentioned on a review and by aren't you trying hard. You're a bully and should be ashamed of yourself.

I am pleased I don't chat but I read what is happening in the bingo chat room so I see what is going on. There is a clique and these lot are nasty towards new players/new names and if any one dares mention if the chat host got the winner right on a chat game then they're shot down in flames with sly digs by this 'friendly lot'.

I wish there was still an option to turn chat messages off.

Had account and played on Mecca for about 15 years, tried to log in last week and it says I'm self excluded when I have not done that. Sent 2 emails and didnt even get a reply so went on the online chat they said its because I closed my account with Grosvenor casino years ago, they have now linked with Mecca and I can't use my account anymore because I closed the Grosvenor one, no warning or anything just closed it without even letting me know and said I cannot use it. Poor service they said I can't even re open it or anything. Also I didn't hardly ever win anything over the years only small amounts and not very often unlike other sites I play on where the wins are more frequent or bigger. Do not recommend Mecca at all they don't have any loyalty to customers who have played for years

Poor scoundrels, they blocked my account for no reason and set to verification process. Don't expect nothing good from that bingo site, just awful surprises.

Mecca bingo stevenage had a power cut Saturday eve 9th July it only lasted 30 minutes power came back on but made excuse that no one could play advised from national grid which is rubbish they just wanted everyone to leave premises no wonder so many close

This lot are rubbish, once again a bonus from an offer isn't credited on time, always some sort technical problem, has been like this for years. They probably hope if they delay the bonus long enough punters will forget to use it. Was does the Gambling Commission or whoever is supposed to oversee these companies act as clearly Mecca have no interest in sorting out their long running 'techinal issues'

Is there something wrong with this casino?? Multiple deposits, no withdrawals whatsoever! Loads of technical problems as well

I have tried to login into my Mecca account this morning to be told my account has been self excluded, when I haven't even self excluded myself? What the hell are you playing at Mecca shutting down peoples accounts without their authorisation?

Update: Well just been informed that I am excluded because I have a Grosvenor Casino account that has been self excluded (Even though I don't hold an account with them), so in turn my Mecca account has been self excluded!! Saved me money anyway there are better bingo sites out there!!
